This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 18th May, 2019(Annexure-3) and subsequent order dated 7th January, 2022 (Annexure-5) passed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Balangir-Opposite Party No.2. 3.

Mr. Sahu, learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset submits that the matter has become infructuous in the meantime.

Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
