1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. This is an application seeking modification of the order dtd.20.07.2022.

3. In Para 7 & 8 of the said order the compensation amount indicated at Rs.28,16,920/- be read as Rs.65,290/-.

4. Further considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Claimants-Respondents that prior to disposal of the matter the sole Claimant/Respondent has died, this Court directs the learned Tribunal to release the deposited amount in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Claimant on proper verification and after due perusal of the documents to be produced before him.
