This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. and the entire criminal proceeding initiated against them in G.R. Case No.209 of 2017, arising out of Joda P.S. Case No.55 of 2017, pending before the court of J.M.F.C., Barbil.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party No.1. Opposite Party No.2Informant is present in person and files an affidavit. 4.
Petitioners has sought for quashment of the entire proceeding on the ground that the matter has amicable been between the parties.

It appears that more than one injured is there in this case. 6.
As such, this Court is not inclined to quash the aforesaid proceeding on the ground stated.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, if the Petitioner makes an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. before the court in seisin over the matter, the court in seisin over the matter shall consider the same taking note of the fact that the Petitioners are already on bail and the offences alleged against them are trivial in nature and the case be disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order.
