This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition claiming to be a beneficiary under Odisha Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1970 (for short, 'the Act') prays for a direction to issue ROR in his name in respect of land bearing Plot No.4/203 to an extent of Ac.1.00 decimals under Hal Khata No.47/106 in Mouza-Basudevpur under Baliapal tahasil in the district of Balasore (for short, 'the case land').

Mr. Mishra, learned ASC submits that let the Petitioner file an application before the Tahasildar, Baliapal -Opposite Party No.6, who will consider his case in accordance with law. 4.
In view of the above, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner makes an application to the Tahasildar, Baliapal - Opposite Party No.6 for redressal of his grievances with regard to settlement of the case land under the provisions of the Act within a period of two weeks hence, he shall do well to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
