CORAM:
JUSTICE SASHIKANTA MISHRA
ORDER
28.03.2022 Order No.
1.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
1.
2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3.
As it appears, the petitioner duped the informant by convincing him to pay Rs.2 lakhs in order to get engaged in the Railways.
4.
It is submitted by learned State Counsel that the petitioner is a habitual offender having several similar cases in his name. 5.
Considering the above as also the fact that investigation is still in progress, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore, rejected.
6.
BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
