The Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction for early disposal of Revenue Misc. Case No. 30 of 2019 stated to be pending before the Sub-Collector, Champua.

Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 21st April, 2022, Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that Revenue Misc. Case No.30 of 2019 initiated under Section 3 (A) of the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Regulations, 1956 is posted to 20th May, 2022 for hearing and final disposal. He also submits that the Sub-Collector, Champua will make an endeavour to dispose of Revenue Misc. Case No. 30 of 2019 in accordance with law at an early date. 4.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the Petitioners appear before the Sub-Collector, Champua-Opposite Party No. 3 along with certified copy of this order on 20th May, 2022 to participate in the hearing of Revenue Misc. Case No.30 of 2019, he shall do well to

// 2 // take steps for early disposal of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months therefrom giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
