This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction for expeditious disposal of cases stated to be pending before the Collector, Keonjhar initiated pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 5th November, 2019 in W.P.(C) No.1813 of 2011. 3.
Miss Latif, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that pursuant to the order dated 5th November, 2019 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.1813 of 2011, the Petitioners filed a representation before the Collector, Keonjhar for eviction of unauthorized occupants under the provisions of the Orissa Scheduled Areas Transfer of Immovable Property (By Scheduled Tribes) Regulations, 1956 (for short 'the Regulations'). Pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Collector, Keonjhar accepting the representation submitted by the Petitioners issued notices directing the parties to appear before him to 10th January, 2020 at 4.30 P.M. vide Notice No.64 dated 6th January, 2020 under Annexure-4. But thereafter no step was taken for early disposal of the said representation.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court vide order dated 21st April, 2022 directed learned State Counsel to take instruction with regard to the status of the representation stated to be pending before the Collector, Keonjhar. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that the representation submitted by the Petitioners pursuant to the order dated 5th November, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.1813 of 2011 has already been disposed of since 22nd April, 2020. 5.
In that view of the matter, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
