This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. S. Pattnaik and learned counsel Mr. Nayak for the OPID.

This I.A. is filed for modification of order dated 11.04.2022.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the recitals in the I.A. indicating the hardship of the petitioner on account of subsequent developments inter alia relating to embargo of registration of flats and keeping in view that the petitioner has submitted cash security to the tune of Rs.10,00,000/- at the time of release, the condition relating to deposit of further sum of Rs.15,00,000/- in three equal monthly installments stand modified as under, in the interest of justice.
(i) petitioner submitting cash security to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/- and property security for the balance of Rs. 10,00,000/- shall be treated to be in consonance with the order of this Court relating to the stipulation of payment of Rs.15,00,000/- by three equal monthly installment as per order dated 11.04.2022. 5.
The order dated 11.04.2022 stands modified accordingly. 6.
The date of deposit of cash security Rs.5,00,000/- and furnishing of property security in terms of this order is extended till 07.09.2022.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
