None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 7th November, 2013 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Jeypore in Criminal Proceeding No.59 of 2013. 4.

Defects as pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed in spite of the direction of this Court vide order dated 6th September, 2021.

Although the RPFAM has been filed since 11th March, 2016, no step has been taken for removal of defects in spite of the direction of this Court.

In view of the above, This Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.
