Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court finds, there is no requirement of recalling the order dated 11.03.2022. For the inconvenience created by virtue of the statement recorded in the first sentence in the order dated 11.03.2022, this Court directs, the same may not have anything to do with the ultimately decision involving the application U/o.39 rule 1 & 2 of C.P.C. and/or in the suit.
