1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction from this Court to the opposite parties especially the opposite party No.3- The Principal of P.S. Degree Mahavidyalaya, Deogaon, in the district of Bolangir to release their salary from the month of January, 2018 to March, 2018.

4. Grievance of the petitioners is that their salary have been blocked since 01.01.2018 to 31.03.2018 without assigning any reason by the opposite party No.3. Though the petitioners have been continuously serving in the institution, but while releasing the arrear amount of GIA salary, the salary for the above period of the petitioners have been deducted.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed a representation before the opposite party No.3- The Principal of P.S. Degree Mahavidyalaya, Deogaon, in the district of Bolangir for release of their aforesaid salary on 21.08.2019. But no action has yet been taken on the same.

6. In view of such facts, the opposite party No.3- The Principal of P.S. Degree Mahavidyalaya, Deogaon, in the district of Bolangir is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of one month from the date of production/presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this writ petition, failing which, contempt proceeding shall be drawn against him/her.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
