This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This interim application has been filed by petitioner no.1 Artatrana Sahoo for modification of the order dated 13.05.2022 passed in I.A. No.519 of 2022 for extension of time to surrender before the learned Courts below.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 could not surrender before the learned Court below as per the order dated 13.05.2022 passed in I.A. No.519 of 2022 due to illness of his son and therefore, the date of surrender

// 2 // may be extended.

Learned counsel for the State has no serious objection to such prayer.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, the date of surrender of the petitioner no.1 Artatrana Sahoo is extended till 31st October and the bail application of the petitioner no.1 shall be considered by the learned Courts below in accordance with law. With such modification, the rest part of the order dated 13.05.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
