Heard Mr. A. Kamal, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Ms. S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party - State.

The Petitioner has prayed to quash the order dated 9th February, 2011 of learned J.M.F.C., Aska in G.R. No.276 of 2008 issuing NBW of arrest against him.

Upon perusal of the petition and hearing both parties I do not see any illegality in the impugned order to interfere with. 4.

The CRLMC is dismissed.
