This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. Monomoy Basu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Miss Sanjibani Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The present writ application has been filed seeking enhancement of monthly honorarium of the petitioner, who is working as a Jogana Sahayak.

On perusal of the record it is seen that, the Association has moved the Hon'ble Minister by making a representation dtd. 22.12.2019. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she will make a fresh representation addressed to the Principal Secretary to Govt., Department of Food Supplies & Consumer
Welfare, Odisha (Opposite Party No.1) ventilating his grievances relating to enhancement of honorarium.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of directing that in the event, the petitioner makes representation to the Principal Secretary to Govt., Department of Food Supplies & Consumer Welfare, Odisha (Opposite Party No.1) within a period of three week hence, the same shall be considered expeditiously. 6.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
