Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioners have a pending application in the matter of clearing of obstruction. In course of submission, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Petitioners have also to apply for interlocutory order for the difficulty presently created involving such illegal obstruction.

For the clear provision enabling the Tahasildar, Soro to undertake the exercise under the provision of the OPLE Act, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Tahasildar, Soro to undertake the exercise under the provision of the OPLE Act and in the event, there is moving of any Interlocutory Application, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law even before finality of
