This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No. 2278 of 2020 arising out of Baidyanathpur P.S. Case No. 327 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur for alleged commission of offences under sections 406, 409, 420, 506, 294/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed but not against the petitioner.

Interim order dated 17.03.2021 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
