This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

After some arguments were advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, he made a prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition with better particulars.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
