This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the opposite parties to allow the petitioners to take part in the interview process for recruitment to the post of Bank Guards with the Opposite Party No.2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioners that the Petitioners have submitted a representation before the Assistant General Manager (HR), State Bank of India-Opposite Party No.3 on 07.20.2022 under Annexure-3 but the said Opposite Party has not considered the same as of now. He further submits that if a direction be given to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioners, the grievance of the Petitioners will be redressed. 5.
Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authorities to consider the representation of the Petitioners within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, limited nature of grievance of the Petitioners, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Assistant General Manager (HR), State Bank of India-Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 07.02.2022 under Annexure-3 in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioners shall be considered by passing a speaking and reasoned order on the same. Any decision taken on the same shall be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of ten days thereafter. 7.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
