This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).
2. Mr. P.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Contemnor points out that this Court vide order dated 15.11.2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.21329 of 2020 had directed the petitioner to produce all relevant documents in support of his claim for enhanced wages for the casual labour engaged by the petitionerContractor in executing Government works and the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Division, Titilagarh was directed to take a decision on the same. He states
// 2 // that in spite of repeated intimations, complete documents have not been furnished by the petitioner. That apart it is submitted that the present contempt is not maintainable against the Chief Engineer arrayed as Opposite Party No.1.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present contempt and to file a fresh one, if necessary.
4. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
