This contempt application is filed alleging non-compliance of the Order No.

order dated 07.03.2019 passed by this Court in disposal of W.P.(C).No.11881 of 2012.

Mr.Panda, learned counsel appearing for the contemnor makes a statement that there is already compliance of the order dated 07.03.2019 passed by this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction on compliance of the aforesaid order. Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the contemnor is directed to communicate the outcome pursuant to the direction of this Court to the petitioner immediately.
