The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order passed by the Tahasildar, Kabisuryanagar-Opposite Party No.3 in BBC No.185 of 2017 initiated pursuant to the Notification No.57677/R dated 6th December, 2000 issued by the Government of Odisha in Revenue and Disaster Management Department.

In course of hearing, Mr. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Clause (xxiii) of the said notification in assailing the order impugned herein.

Considering such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Petitioner, if so advised, may also file an application for interim order before the appellate authority. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
