Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, the Collector, Cuttack has already allotted the land to his client's father. Hence, prayer is for direction upon opposite party no.4 to complete the process of allotment. Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, allotment has not been made.

We reproduce below relevant text from prayer made in the writ petition.

"By considering the facts and grounds stated above a direction may issue to opposite parties for taking appropriate action "allotment of land to the petitioner as per letter No.25860/POLT BHUBANESWAR dtd. 2nd July,

2019 in favour of the petitioner vide Annexure-3 in Lease Application No.508/1984 soon.

Further it may direct the opposite parties to release the cash in exchange of land as per the Govt. of Odisha letter vide Annexures-5 and 6." 3.

Petitioner will approach opposite party no.4 with website copy of this order and relevant documents. Opposite party no.4 will deal with petitioner's claim for allotment and inform her the result, within three weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
