In this application, the petitioner-wife has prayed for transfer of TR No.2 of 2019 from the Court of the learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Cuttack to the court of learned Special Judge (Vigilance), Bhubaneswar.

Mr. A.S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed this TRPCRL and may be permitted to withdraw the same and he files a memo to that effect. The same be kept on record. 4.

Considering the above submission, the TRPCRL is dismissed as withdrawn.
