This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application by the petitioner for extension of time to surrender in the Court below pursuant to the order dated 15.02.2022.

After going through the averments taken in the interim application and on hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, two weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the learned Court below.

The rest part of the order dated 15.02.2022 remains unaltered.
