This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the State submitted that no F.I.R. has been instituted against the petitioner. Since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioner, the ABLAPL stands disposed of with the observation that in the event the F.I.R. is registered, the petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
