1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner challenges the action of the authorities in not taking any decision on his application for acceptance of permanent disability certificate and issuance of engagement order on the basis of his selection for appointment of Trained Graduate Teacher (Arts) pursuant to the advertisement dated 28.08.2021.

3. In view of such facts, issue notice.

4. Mr. B. Mohanty, learned Standing Counsel waives of notice on behalf of opposite parties. The petitioner is directed to serve three extra copies of the brief on him within three working days hence.

5. The learned Standing Counsel is also directed to file counter affidavit by 17.03.2022.
