This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department. 3.
It is submitted by leaned counsel for the Petitioner that challenging the inaction of the Authorities, he has submitted a representation before the District Project Coordinator, Keonjhar, Opposite Party No.4 on 15.12.2021, the same is stated to be pending before the Authority for consideration as of now. It is further submitted that earlier Petitioner had approached this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No.26330 of 2021, which was disposed of by order dated 03.09.2021.

The limited grievance of the present Petitioner is that he wants disposal of the representation pending before the Authority in
// 2 // the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26330 of 2021.

Learned Standing Counsel for the School and Mass Education Department has no objection if a direction is given to the Authority to dispose of the representation dated 15.12.2021 in the light of the decision take in the earlier writ petition, i.e. W.P.(C) No.26320 of 2021.

Considering the aforesaid observation, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the representation dated 15.12.2021, if any, within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is further directed that the Authority shall consider the representation strictly in accordance with law and disposed of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
