CORAM:

ORDER
26.04.2022 Order No.
03.
This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Heard Mr. B.P.Tripathy, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.
The Tribunal vide order dated 9.3.2015 quashed the prayer made by the applicants in three separate original applications, i.e. O.A. No.3894 (c) of 2014, O.A. No.3903 (c) of 2004 and O.A. No.303 (c) of 2014. Though the same was disposed of by a common order, but the present writ petition has been filed at the instance of all the three petitioners jointly, thereby the same is not maintainable. Apart from the same, it is contended the recruitment to the post in question is of the year 2013 and in the meantime by efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.
4.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
