Mr. Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer of his client is for consideration of representation dated 2nd December, 2021 made to Chief District Medical Officer, Bolangir. He submits, though his client underwent the procedure of sterilization but was nevertheless blessed with fifth child. Compensation has been sought.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be considered on direction made by Court. 3.
