This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Video Conferencing/Physical Mode).

This is an application for modification of the order dated 05.07.2022 passed in I.A. No.462 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Kendrapara Town P.S. Case No.46 of 2014 is pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara in G.R. Case No.447(A) of 2014, but inadvertently while arguing the matter on 05.07.2022 in I.A. No.462 of 2022, it was submitted that the said G.R. Case is pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara and accordingly same has been reflected in the order dated 05.07.2022, which needs to be corrected and the date of surrender of

// 2 // the petitioner may be extended.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 05.07.2022 passed in I.A. No.462 of 2022, wherever it is mentioned as 'Sessions Judge, Kendrapara', the same shall be read as 'S.D.J.M., Kendrapara'. The date of surrender of the petitioner is extended till 06.08.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
