1. Learned counsel appearing for the Review Petitioner states that the observation in Para-5 of the order dated 5th February, 2019 which records the submission of learned counsel for Opposite Party No.4 that a vigilance inquiry is continuing against the Opposite Party No.5 for the allegations mentioned in the previous paragraphs, should be clarified since according to him, no such inquiry is pending against the Opposite Party No.5.

2. It is clarified that this Court has only recorded the submission of the Opposite Party No.4 and has not expressed any opinion on the correctness of such submission.
