2. The order dated 17th August, 2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19298 of 2010 is recalled. Consequently, W.P.(C) No.19298 is restored to the file of Division Bench and be listed on 28th November, 2022 before the roster Bench.

3. The CMAPL is disposed of.
