This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with Soro P.S. Case No.66 of 2021 corresponding to Spl. (Elect) Case No.01 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge1, Balasore for alleged commission of offences under sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 135 of the Electricity Act.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the case has been falsely instituted against the petitioners, the offences are triable by Magistrate and on hearing the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 17.03.2021 is made absolute.
