This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last two occasions on 16.09.2022 and 28.09.2022. The direction given by this Court by an order passed on 28.09.2022 has not yet been complied. This CRLMC is pending since 2016.

In view of the above facts and especially no one had appeared for the Petitioners at the time of call, it pre-supposes that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
