Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, humbly prayed that Your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit the Writ Petition and direct the Opposite Party No.4 to dispose of the aforesaid OLR Misc. Case No.3/2012 vide Annexure-3 within a stipulated period...."

Considering the prayer involved innocuous one, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing O.P.4 to find if there is already service of notice on the O.Ps. in the OLR Misc. Case No.3/2012 and in the event O.P.4 is satisfied that there is completion of notice, to take attempt to dispose of the litigation involved at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
