The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 29th November, 2021 issued by the TPNODL rejecting his representation dated 10th November, 2019. 4.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that on 20th June, 2022 and 4th July, 2022, the matter was adjourned on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner to produce the record to the effect that during pendency of the earlier writ petition, the penalty amount has been enhanced from Rs.3,00,000/- to Rs.30,00,000/-.
