This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on last two occasions. No stay has been granted from proceeding further in this case and in the meantime, around seven years have passed from the date of filing of present CRLMC. In view of the above facts, this Court reasonably entertains a doubt as to whether the cause of action still survives for the petitioner in this case.

In view of such, the CRLMC is dismissed.
