This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted that the earlier bail application filed by the present Petitioner vide BLAPL No.6131 of 2021 was withdrawn on 16.02.2022 with liberty for the petitioner to file better application. Thereafter the present Bail Application has been filed on 04.03.2022 challenging the selfsame rejection order dated 06.07.2020. 4.

In such view of the matter, the Petitioner is granted liberty to move the trial court afresh. Further it is directed that in the event the Petitioner files bail application afresh within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of on merit in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within four weeks from the date of filing. However, the learned trial court shall make endeavour to expedite the trial in the meantime.
