1. The challenge in the present petition is to construction of Kalyan Mandap in the Kaptipada Block in the district Mayurbhanj. During pendency of the present petition, there has been no interim order passed by the Court. The Kalyan Mandap in question has continued for well over five years.

2. The Court is in the circumstances not inclined to interfere at this stage. The petition is dismissed.
