Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside order dated 22nd October, 2021 (Annexure-7) passed by Tahasildar, Sadar Keonjhar in RMC No.113 of 2020. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Sethi, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to move the appropriate forum and files a memo to that effect. 4.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Memo so filed be kept on record. 5.
