1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This CONTC has been filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 11.06.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.13119 of 2021 by the opposite parties/ contemnors directing them to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order within a period of three months from the date of production of certified/ authenticated copy of that order by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the representation filed by the petitioner has already been disposed of. Hence, no contempt proceeding lies.
