2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the Department of School and Mass Education having permitted the petitioner to continue as the Primary School teacher as also paid the salary, the order dated 18th April, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.6574 of 2017 has been duly complied with. Hence, he states that the present contempt has become infructuous.
3. In view of the above submission, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
