2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 8.8.2018 passed by the learned S.D.J.M, Berhampur in G.R. Case No.942 of 2018 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/506/494/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them.

3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

4. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
