This I.A. has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition stating that the Petitioner does not want to press the writ petition in view of the developments in the interregnum.

Considering the submission made by Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as averments made in the I.A., prayer is allowed.

The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to move this Court, if fresh cause of action arises. 5.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

The interim order dated 25th February, 2021 passed in I.A. No. 3438 of 2021 stands vacated.
