1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 18th December, 2021 in connection with Deogaon P.S.

Case No.193/2021 corresponding to G.R.Case No.1255/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Balangir for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 394/34 of the I.P. C.

4. Considering the submissions made, materials on record and the fact that the allegedly stolen cash was not recovered from the Petitioners, but from the co-accused and there is no other

// 2 // material to directly implicate them in the occurrence, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

5. Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail and they shall appear before the I.I.C of Deogaon Police Station in every Monday at 10 A.M. till submission of charge sheet.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
