Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Petitioners in this writ petition challenges the action of the opposite parties in not allowing the further process of execution of the mining lease.

It is contended by learned counsel for the parties that an analogues matter, i.e. W.P.(C) No. 31986 of 2011 has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 20.04.2022 and this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the observation/direction given in the said writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the observation/direction issued in the order dated 20.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 31986 of 2011.
