Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

Petitioner has an allegation that in spite of repeated orders, there is no providing of police protection for undertaking an exercise of measurement of the suit land. From the order and taking into account the allegation of the petitioner, this Court finds vide order darted 11.10.2021 there has been repeated orders to provide police protection at the cost of the party concerned during process of measurement. Petitioner alleges in spite of that, there is no providing of the Police personnel and in the meantime there is also no measurement. This Court observes, in the event there is no measurement, petitioner may file appropriate application before the trial court for the said purpose and the trial court shall pass order keeping in view the permission already granted through order dated 11.10.2021. If an application is filed within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be disposed of within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With this observation and direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of.
