Mr. Swain, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had made representation dated 23rd January, 2022 for opportunity to avail of One Time Settlement facility. There be direction upon the bank to consider the representation sympathetically.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party bank. He submits, the writ petition has just been served. The representation will be duly dealt with by his client. 3.

The bank is directed to consider the representation dated 23rd January, 2022 and inform petitioner regarding modalities of One Time Settlement, as may be availed by him or reasons as to why not. This must be done within three weeks from communication of the order. 4.
