3. The Petitioners are in custody in connection with Khetrajpur P.S. Case No.20/2022 corresponding to T.R. Case No.1/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sambalpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 20(b)(ii)(C)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

4. Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.
