Heard Mr. B.B.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Karunakar Gaya, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. Perusal of the prayer portion of the CRLMC indicates that the petitioner has prayed for registration of his complaint as F.I.R. and for investigation of the case as per the due procedure of law for which the CRLMC is not maintainable and the case should be registered as CRLMP.
However, Mr.B.B.Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner does not want to pursue the CRLMC and the same may be permitted to be withdrawn and he will file a memo to that effect. The memo be kept on record. In view of the memo filed, the CRLMC is disposed of, as withdrawn.
In view of the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March,
